Business conditions

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS –GROUP COURSES
All clients of group course have the right to cancel their course, latest by the end of October. If the client does not do so but signs out of the course between the 1st and the 30th of November he is obliged to pay half of the tuition price. If the student signs out of the course after 1st December he will be obliged to pay the tuition fee in full.

RELOCATION IN GROUP COURSES
Clients have the right, at their own request, to ask to be moved to a higher or lower level group, but latest by the end of October. The move may be instigated, with the agreement of the student, by the lecturer. In the case that the client wishes to make the move later his request may not be allowed for reasons of capacity.

PAYMENT –GROUP COURSES
Tuition fees maybe paid in two instalments. The first instalment must be paid latest by the date of commencing the course. The second instalment must be paid latest by the end of December. In the instance that the client does not fulfil this obligation he will be charged a penalty of 0.05% of the tuition fee for every day of delay in payment.
